At Bargains, Ya Heard!, we offer clearance, overstock, closeout, liquidation, and other discounted merchandise at reduced prices. Because of the nature of our inventory, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or color selections, buyer's remorse, or other reasons unrelated to an error or problem with the order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Some products may come from clearance, overstock, closeout, liquidation, or other discounted inventory sources. Packaging may occasionally show minor cosmetic wear when disclosed or consistent with the item's listed condition.
Any known material product-condition issues will be identified in the product listing when applicable.
